What matters to my clients

This is why folks hire me…

Although my website homepage and Linkedin Profile are written to be precise and to the point, I felt it was also important to write an honest post of why brands and businesses hire me.

When I think about my clients and what matters to them in terms of digital presence it’s- how can they grow their digital presence in a sustainable, long term way that continues to perform and doesn’t break the bank. I’ve seen this as a consistent goal across all business sizes and industries year after year.

And so knowing this means the best thing I can do when we start to explore a contract together is ask a lot of questions for example:

  • How are you feeling about your digital presence now? Let’s look at your website, online store or other digital technology you have out in the wild and do an honest review. I want to know what you like, don’t like, what you would change if your budget was unlimited.

  • How would you like to feel about your digital presence when you talk about it out in your network? Ex: proud, calm, authentic

  • Do you have an internal team already responsible for this? What is their experience and where do you feel they could improve?

  • What is your budget and timeline?

  • What kind of on-going support would you like once your website, online store, app (etc) is live and running?

  • How you you feeling about your social media and brand content (if we are exploring marketing needs)? ex: I have a client who loathes social media but they know they have to do it. So, I handle it for them and it’s part of their contract. Relief for them and fulfilling for me. A win-win!

  • If we’re considering a software product the questions are mostly the same. What is your vision? Who is on your team? What is your budget? What are your goals?

As you can see there is a lot to uncover in our first discovery call but it is certainly worth the deep-dive. It allows me to craft a truly customized offer of digital strategy and support that meets not only your budget but your vision, post-launch support and brand story. What I offer is true collaboration, trust and confidence in your vision.

If this sounds like a conversation worth having to get your brand or product off the ground or refined, I would love to speak with you and see how I can best support your goals.
